Dawn M. Muñoz brings more than 20 years in mortgage operations, origination, processing, compliance, and product development to Stonehaven Lending.

She has built and run operations for conventional, FHA, and VA programs, with deep knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and Georgia mortgage regulations.

As Vice President of Operations and Co-Owner of Home Lenders of America, Dawn managed loan officers, processors, and post-closing quality control, and led the firm's move from mortgage brokerage to correspondent lender.

At Stonehaven she runs the mortgage platform: matching investors, property owners, and business owners to the right program and guiding each file from qualification to closing.

Dawn earned an MBA in Finance, magna cum laude, and a BA in Liberal Studies, magna cum laude, from Oglethorpe University, plus FHA and Georgia compliance training.

She was featured on the cover of Women with Vision Magazine for industry leadership.

Chris De Leeuw brings financial-services sales leadership to Stonehaven Lending. He built and ran revenue teams, helping his previous firm grow revenue eightfold before its acquisition.

Having sold to some of Europe's largest funds and facilitated more than $300 million in deal flow, Chris knows what institutional capital needs to see before it commits. At Stonehaven he works on the client's side: understanding the goal and matching the deal with lenders whose appetite fits.

Based in the London office, Chris leads client relationships from first inquiry through closing, alongside co-founder Dawn M. Muñoz at the Alpharetta headquarters.
